The Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Change Programme is designed for DEI leaders and stakeholders who are leading the way or wish to lead the way in DEI change within their organisations. This high-impact group coaching programme equips you with detailed knowledge on DEI themes, latest research and methods, the leadership response to DEI and an effective change management methodology for DEI change.  All these in addition to a peer-to-peer learning environment and access to an experienced DEI Coach and Mentor.

•This programme consists of 6 (2 hours ) weekly sessions.

•Participants spend approximately 3-5 hours on each course per week.

•Sessions include instructor-moderated discussions and peer group discussions.

• Expect plenty of opportunities for collaboration and networking with fellow participants both during and after your sessions.
