Personal power is about living life intentionally with a sense of purpose and optimism. At work, this can be a powerful force, and if leveraged effectively can increase visibility, likability, and impact.
This module will equip attendees with an understanding of the types of personal power at work and how to nurture these.
Module 3 -Self-confidence, Leadership and Effective Communication
Self-confidence can be described as an ability to be certain about one's competencies and skills while leadership involves influencing others and self-confidence allows the leader to feel assured that his or her attempts to influence are appropriate and right.
In this module, we examine the practical steps to boost self-confidence and mature leadership ability.
Module 4 - Building Resilience
Resilience is not just your ability to bounce back, but also your capacity to adapt in the face of challenging circumstances, whilst maintaining stable mental wellbeing. Resilience isn't a personality trait – it's something that we can all take steps to achieve.
