Inclusion Education Programmes

At Inclusivitii, we believe education is the engine of cultural change. Our Inclusion Education Programmes are designed to build knowledge, shift mindsets, and transform behaviours across all levels of an organisation. Grounded in behavioural science and equity-centred design, our programmes empower leaders and teams to create environments where inclusion becomes everyday practice.

Our Services

Team work

Our signature diagnostic learning tool supports organisations in understanding, assessing, and growing their cultural competence. Rather than a static measure, the Quotient is an evolving framework that blends self-assessment, reflective learning, and behavioural insight to chart progress across five key domains: cultural destructiveness, apathy, awareness, responsiveness, and safety. This tool helps identify strengths and growth areas, and is designed to shape strategic learning pathways, foster shared language across teams, and support accountability for change.

Inclusivitii Cultural Capability Quotient™

Business Meeting

This transformative leadership development programme moves beyond theory into practice. It’s built on behavioural science, habit formation, and equity coaching, empowering leaders at all levels to embed inclusive practices into their everyday decisions. Inclusivishift combines live workshops, real-world scenarios, leadership journaling, coaching circles, and actionable peer feedback. It builds the confidence, emotional intelligence, and practical skills needed to foster psychological safety, navigate difference, and lead equitably in fast-paced environments.

Inclusivishift™: Inclusive Leadership & Practice

Working Together

This programme demystifies how inclusion can be systematically embedded into organisational design. Whether you're developing policies, shaping recruitment strategies, or rethinking service delivery, Inclusion by Design provides the tools, templates, and thinking frameworks to ensure that equity is not an afterthought but a foundation. The programme includes diagnostic audits, collaborative learning labs, and service redesign sprints, allowing teams to co-create inclusive systems that meet the needs of diverse users and colleagues.

Inclusion by Design

Hands joined together

We deliver anti-racism learning that is rooted in real stories and lived experiences, not just theoretical concepts. These modules challenge defensiveness and tokenism by creating safe-yet-brave spaces for dialogue, unlearning, and commitment to action. Co-developed with practitioners, community leaders, and service users, our anti-racism education supports individuals and teams to identify systemic bias, address racial trauma in workplace culture, and lead in ways that shift power and promote racial equity at every level.

Ethnicity Mental Health Improvement Project (EMHIP)

Client: South West London & St George’s NHS Mental Health Trust (SWLStG)

Overview

As part of the NHS England-funded EMHIP initiative, Inclusivitii was commissioned to co-produce a comprehensive cultural capability learning programme. The aim was to enhance the Trust’s ability to deliver culturally safe, inclusive, and equitable mental health services, particularly for ethnically minoritised communities who face entrenched disparities in access and outcomes.

Approach

Our process centred co-production with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, community leaders, and individuals with lived experience of mental health services. We conducted surveys, interviews, and panels to surface authentic insights, which shaped every layer of the programme.

Key components included:

  • Interactive Training Modules covering cultural humility, systemic racism, crisis de-escalation, advocacy, and bias awareness, grounded in real-world service experiences.

  • Practitioner Toolkit offering reflective tools, inclusive language guidance, and conversation starters tailored for frontline staff.

  • Theory of Change co-developed through facilitated workshops, ensuring strategic alignment with Trust goals and measurable learning outcomes.

  • Lived Experience Storytelling woven throughout, with anonymised patient narratives amplifying the voice of service users often marginalised in policy and training design.

  • Evaluation Framework to assess knowledge uptake, confidence shifts, and long-term behaviour change.

MAPP Inclusivishift™ Leadership Programme

MAPP, a leading property management firm, partnered with Inclusivitii to embed inclusive leadership behaviours across its management teams. We delivered a tailored version of our Inclusivishift™ Programme, focused on building equity-led confidence and behavioural change.

Overview

MAPP sought to deepen inclusive leadership practice across its staff, particularly those in senior and service-delivery roles. Inclusivitii delivered a tailored version of our Inclusivishift™ programme — a habit-based learning model — focusing on building the confidence and capability to embed equity in leadership, service design, and team culture.

Approach

We ran a multi-session learning series combining:

  • Case-Based Scenarios that reflected lived realities from service users and staff, encouraging participants to wrestle with real dilemmas related to race, access, and psychological safety.

  • Live Simulated Coaching Labs enabling participants to apply inclusive leadership principles in a supportive environment, with space to rehearse responses to bias, exclusion, or difficult conversations.

  • Action Commitments which encouraged participants to identify one habit to adopt and sustain over six weeks.

Impact

  • 94% reported increased confidence discussing equity and inclusion within their teams

  • 89% felt better equipped to challenge exclusionary practices

  • Follow-up interviews showed improved psychological safety scores in teams led by programme participants
